Any1 W/ Knowledge of Other Written Languages Beside English?

I have recieved a note from some1 in a different written language. I have no clue what language this could be. It is basic letters and I believe similar to english. If ne1 could give me help on deciphering it or somehow contact me so I can send the doent or key letters for help. I just need to get an idea on how to decipher it. This is an important letter in which I believe he gave me to challenege me also bcz I think it has something written in it he doesnt' want me to find out! Plzz help!
