Do i have a cold or allergies?

The symptoms for both a cold and allergies overlap. You could have either and it could go on for over a week if it were allergies due to the seasonal changes. For tonite, I would say Nyquil because it usually contains diphenhydramine which is used for allergies anyhow. This way you will be sure to get a good nites sleep if it is a cold.
