Well done sir, I thoroughly enjoyed your question it brings to light the inordinate amount of titles available to modern fighters with all the extra sanctioning body's today, old school fighters like Dempsey and Tunney didn't have the opportunity to fight as many "champions" as modern fighters do. That said, you have to admit Lennox Lewis and Evander Holyfield had amazing careers and rate as high or higher than any of the traditionally recognized "all time greats". Very interesting, but in a way misleading, because we know Vitali is the better of the two Klitschko's, but Wlad has a much more impressive list of opponents. That principle may apply with Ali as well, clearly Ali fought a lot higher caliber list of opponents than anyone else, but because other lists have more names on them, it leaves the impression they accomplished more, an impression that may not be true. Very interesting conversation piece, I starred this question, and will refer back to it from time to time, thank you for sharing lists, it makes for an educated debate, well done again sir.
