Why would my friend act this way at her age?

I think it is completely immature. I think she does this because she wants to be with a guy, but just doesn't have the confidence to, or is not ready, and this is how she copes. I think if she wants to be married, she should stop checking out guys, and go for the right person, and commit. Hope this Helps!
