Need help with neighbor?

I live in a suburb with no fences between properties. My neighbor is very fastidious about a neatly trimmed lawn while I prefer an unkempt lawn. Occasionally he accidentally mows parts of my lawn. Because of this I have taken to marking my territory by pissing on my part of the lawn space. I have been doing this for several weeks until his seven year-old son and eight year-old daughter witnessed me in the act. PLEASE HELP THEY ARE GOING TO FILE A RESTRAINING ORDER!!
