5 years after psychotic break emotions are slowly going away?

I take antipsych meds for schizoaffective. I also take a mood stabilizer, adderall and effexor. I cant reach my emotions anymore, apathetic,tired,barely have conversations no joy. All these things and I don't even know why I feel this way I have nothing to be depressed about. My doctor said this is a symptom of the disease and not the medicine. Help please
