Can i use hidemy to use bbc iplayer from outside of the uk? If not is there a similiar website?

i go to the uk every summer and love british tele. I was just wondering if hidemy or any other website will let me use bbc iplayer or 4od. I don't really want to download a uk proxy server. Thanks
