Do you find MMA (at lest the BJJ side of it) tough on your body?

I've started MMA - I used to box a bit and have done some kickboxing. I'm in pretty good shape but I'm finding the ground side of MMA pretty hard on my body! Nothing too bad but obviously using alot of muscles I've never used before!!! Has anyone else found this? or am I just a !?! : /
