Help, unsafe paranormal?

This guy is a ghost whom thinks he is still alive, he feels this is his home, and is confused why other people are there. You can sit down as a family and try talking to this ghost, and let him know that if he wants to stay there, he would have to keep his hand off. Or ELSE, you'll send in the ghost hunters to har him. Be nice as pie at first, you don't want to upset this spirit, and you don't want him to walk all over you, so take charge, and keep it under control. There is always one room they like best, that could be the babies room.
