How should i arrange my killstreaks in black ops?

Ok so i currently have rc xd or counter spy plane, care package, and attack helicopter. Im not very good the biggest kill streak ive gotten is chopper gunner and that was once. In every game i get a care package. Sometimes i get atyack helicopter. How should i arrange them. 10 points i have ps3 by the way
