I'm getting headaches, what could it be?

Sounds like you might be having what is known as "cluster headaches". If you've had and MRI you probably don't have much to worry about. You should try Excedrin (acetaminophen with caffeine) as a start. If Excedrin doesn't work, you should talk to your doctor about prescription pain medications.
