I need to find out what else i can to do help my leopard gecko?

I have looked at the cage and everything is fine with the cage i faire the worst cuz i am usably right with my thoughts and feelings he is not moving now still breathing i have tryed everything to help him eat he just seem like he gave up on life or something.... i hold him and i try to talk to him I dont know what else to do exspecawally when i can t take him to the vet... If anyone has maybe a answer please send it if not maybe a vet will be able to give me avice over the phone thanx....
