I want to lose my virginity but one huge problem?

Me and my gf decided to lose our virginity to each other and I'm super nervous. Natural right? but the thing is that I have a large member and I'm kinda scared that it'll freak her out. I've never seen another mans member except in and I never knew there was anything abnormal their sizes until I watched a comedy show where they made a joke about them being "well endowed." I went to the pharmacy to buy some condoms and I went home to try one on and found out that I'm not a large but rather an extra large. I know this is a weird problem to have but its a serious concern for me and I don't know how I can bring it up to her bluntly. I heard that it hurts the girl the first time but I don't want my gf to be in pain. How do I bring this up to her? I'm afraid lube wont work and personally, I think it'll be kind of awkward to lube up in the heat of pion. How do I manage this?
