Lavender oil on a monroe piercing?

I have a fresh monroe piercing, and have a small bottle of pure lavender oil. I've had my monroe for 2 days now, and heard lavender oil can lubricate the piercing hole, only problem is, I dont know how to apply it onto my piercing xD any tips? thankyou ^_^
