Organic chem - Semicarbazone formation HELP?

I need to find a step by step mechanism for the formation of a semicarbazone from : semcarbazide hydrochlorine + butanone + sodium acetate...... I also need a melting point.......I have searched high and low on the net but cant find anything...... I have the formula but need the mechanism. Is there anyone that can help? Even a mechanism description would be helpful.. many thanks!!!!!!
