Should muggers be allowed to sue victims who shoot them?

No! They shouldn't be mugging people. If they don't mug people then maybe they won't get shot. Very simple. They should not be rewarded for their criminal activities especially at the expense of their intended victim. Any lawyer who would bring this suit should be disbarred. It's a disgrace!
