ring another animal control officer from the same department and request that he comes to check it out. he will see there is no animal cruelty going on.go and ask the brother what exactly he thinks is cruel about the cage and living conditions, ask him to list them and dont let him get away with it. find out his motive for doing so. personally myself i wouldn't keep an animal in a cage, if i wanted to get parrots i would dedicate a room in my house for an enclosure. im not saying your being cruel at all, you obviously love your birds very much and are caring for them well, but people have different opinions about how animals should be kept, maybe this mans just got a stick up his **** and wants to cause trouble.
