I like her what do i do?

Ok theres this girl i like that i saw through my cousin and we had really deep eye contact twice and she saw me with my shirt off and yes i have a 6 pack. And i would like to know if my cousin isnt there would it be ok to go to her house next door to my cousin and ask her to go swimming ot hang out with me next? And im 16 shes 13 or 14 is that ok with our ages? And we havnt talked and she looks deep in my eyes and grabs her arm what does that mean please help. And the first time she saw me i had a shirt on and i was cleaning there pool out. And she had a pair of shorts on when i first saw her then she went off in a dead stare into my eyes. Then she goes back to her house with my cousin and changes into a bikini so what does that mean? And i see alot of 17 18 year old guys dating 14 15 year olds in highschool so does this still apply to me is this ok and should i ask her to hang out? And like i said if my cousin isnt there i would like to hang out with her i also understand it maybe awkward to hang out with her alone but im willing to take a chance because i feel like ive known or meet her b4 And im not into myself and im also a really shy guy very quite. im not into myself at all i normally think of others before myself because it makes me feel better. And shes gonna be a freshman in hs. And im not some ual predator running around and like i sai dit happens all the time in hs i see 18 19 year olds datn 14 15 year olds so why wouldnt it be ok for me? And from what ive told you is she interested in me and should i knock on her door introduce myself and ask her to go swimming with me? And btw she already knows i think shes cute because my aunt told her she caught me and her looking at each other really deeply and my aunt said shes cute isnt she? i said yes very i said you can tell her that if you want she said oh i will. And so i didnt mind because i never know alot of times when ill see her again and then my aunt told me about a week later when i went back out to there house.she said i told her she said she just looked at her for about a minute with no expression so what does that mean? And then i left my number knowing a girl is never usually gonna text the guy first but is what i did wrong? And have i did the right thing? so does she have a interest in me? And should i go ask her to hang out or swim please answer that most of all and which should i say say swim or hang out? And like i said if her parents say she cant date id be willing to see her at her house or with my cousin around ive just never felt like this before and ive had a couple of relationships but im not even in a relationship with her and i feel like im in love why? And i dont think shed be wondering why im helping clean there pool so they can fill the pool up. And it may not be love but i sure do feel very happy. i just cant tell if shes interested or not i wanna find out im willing to put myself out there and knock on her door and introduce myself to her and her parents. And i personally dont thinks its weird to ask her to go swimming or hang out because she is good friends with my cousin.
