I set up an irrevocable trust where I am the beneficiary, and my brother is the trustee. he is not handling?

he is not handling the trust as he should bv by, for ex. . not giving me the annual accounting of where the money goes, etc. all he sends me are stock info and I want to know, for ex. how much tax he paid on the house, what my bills are amounting to, how much has he paid in repairs to the house, etc. But , I want to have control over my trust again, and my other brother told him to turn it back over to me, etc. what are my legal recourses? . I live in Fla. and how can I do this? I want to reverse the irreversable trust and I know there is a way it can be done. I know I have to contact an atty., but can anyone else tell me anything about this? anyone knowledgeable on Irrevocable trusts?
