Anyone have a recipe for Mango/gfruit/rum tail?

Just home from a trip to Costa Rica. One restaurant we visited made us a wonderful frozen tail but the bartender wouldn't share the recipe. I know it contained pureed mango, rum and either a gfruit flavored soda like Fresca or gfruit juice and something fizzy. I'm dying to recreate it for friends. Anyone know of a similar tail?
