How to wear a Garter Belt?

the garter should be worn around the natural waist (near the navel) with the elastics hanging down, then the stockings should be pulled up and the elastic straps will then have to stretch tightly to reach the stockings. panties may be worn inside or outside the straps. (or not at all...teehee)
